In developed countries, fairs are a very important market institution, a unique information source, and a good presentation of one industry area or branch. Having in mind the significance of fairs as institutions of communications and selling in developed countries, and their importance in communication between a company and the market, we have to point out the problem that occures for domestic fair houses. Which way they may achieve their business goals and also goals of exibitors and costumers? The intention is to implement an adequate model of fair development in the future and enchance their business practice, and also make conditions for efficient participation of companies on fairs, in order to achieve economic and communicational goals on market.
