In contemporary business conditions (sudden development of technology, information and communication technology, and globalization), and on high level of competition, management practice and theory of economics looking for the new possibility to improve enterprise business. The new business models founded on the supply chain concept whose center is relationship management. Efficacious and effective relationship management drives to integration of business process, coordination of activities, and improvement supply chain performance, from operational to strategically significance. In these conditions enterprises use synergic effects of partnerships, and make conditions for improving business in the future.
