Virtuelni timovi – menadžment informatičkog doba

Abstract

The problems of today’s companies are routine but jobs that do not have trained professionals in one place. Are forced to form teams of experts, which can be physically very far apart. Such teams are formed and dissolved as the problem changes and provide a flexible response to changing business conditions and organizational needs. Virtual teams have complementary skills and independent goals and may consist of employees who work at home and small groups in offices, but always in remote geographic locations. This paper is a critical overview on appearance, development and operation of the virtual teams that are innovative way to manage complex projects.
