PRICING POLICY AND DOMINAT POSITION OF THE COMPANY IN THE MARKET

The market is highly complex and regulated industrial relations system and it represents the totality of supply and demand. Market research is a complex and difficult task, but the effects of the concrete obtained from the analyses are extremely important in making strategic decisions. Pricing policy is an important part of business policy which can contribute to the improvement of market position. This paper provides basic guidance for pricing policy and proposes actions for achieving a dominant position in the market.
