Izgledi za obnovu i restruktuiranje ekonomije Ukrajine posle vojnog sukoba

Kao rezultat vojnog sukoba u 2022., u svim regijama Ukrajine ekonomija je uništena i siromaštvo je poraslo. Više od 15 miliona izbeglica, 8 miliona je otišlo u evropske zemlje. Ekonomisti izračunavaju štetu. U radu su korišćeni podaci za septembar i oktobar 2022. godine. Glavni donatori ukrajinske ekonomije sada su evropske zemlje, SAD i međunarodne finansijske institucije. Sukob će se završiti i počeće proces obnove ekonomije. Zato je važno imati nacionalnu strategiju oporavka na osnovu proučavanja takvih iskustva u drugim zemljama. Jedini put obnove je privlačenje investicija. Ulaganja mogu biti uključena samo na osnovu sigurnosti, transparentnosti, osiguranja. Cilj je vratiti sposobnost nacionalne ekonomije da osigura kvalitetan život. Strategija organizacije ukrajinske ekonomije posle sukoba treba da se ostvaruje u skladu sa planom njenog ulaska u članstvo EU.
