Abstract

This paper is researching the various channels of communications, that can be established, within an virtual organization. The authors concluded, that despite the importance of new technologies, the human factor has the leading role in virtual organisations. It was also noted, that with the development of new technologies in the future, radical changes in the comunication of virtual organisations could be expected. However, according to the authors, it is not easy to predict the course the changes will be headed. What is certanly predictible, is the fact that the changes will not only depend on the changes in technology,but will also depend on the changes of employees attitudes toward virtual organizations.
