This analysis is an attempt to investigate to what extent business systems and human resources involved in the process of quality management coexistence in the way they use their human resources function of improving the quality management system and economy, as well as the degree of their influence in quality management. One of the key aims was to investigate the extent to which quality management system contributes to the efficiency of business systems, with the determination of the mutual impact of total quality management and human resource management.
